How to sign up for my Transformers fundraising raffle!

This year I am holding 1 raffle with multiple winners, with some awesome Transformers prizes to win! To enter please make a minimum $10 donation to my Extra Life campaign, MAKE SURE it is non-anonymous so I can identify you as the winner! The donation needs to include the message "Transformers Raffle" in it. Every $10 donated with the proper message will count for 1 entry into the raffle, so a $30 non-anonymous donation with the message "Transformers Raffle" will be 3 entries into the Transformers Raffle, a $50 non-anonymous donation with the message "Transformers Raffle" will be 5 entries into the Transformers Raffle. You cannot select a donation incentive and enter a raffle with the same donation. I will have final prize lists up by the end of November, and winners will be pulled and announced during our live stream on November 2nd, 2024!

The Winners will be drawn during our livestream and be able to choose their prizes in the order they are selected! Once a winner has been drawn, the rest of their entries  to the raffle are voided, in order to allow as many people to win prizes as possible! To my international donors! Yes I am shipping internationally!

I've pledged to play games and raise funds for kids at Cincinnati Children's Hospital!

Here's WHY

I was a very sick child growing up, I was prone to ear infections and fevers and caught pneumonia leading to multiple respiratory issues as well as several surgeries as a child. The most intensive I remember being the reconstruction of my left ear drum in my ear after it ruptured. I remember the nurses at Cincinnati Children's in Mason as well as my doctors working so hard to make sure I was comfortable and not scared during this time. As an adult I still greatly appreciate the time and care taken to make sure I recovered and could be healthy again. Because of that memory I want to help enable the hospital staff to take the best care possible of as many children as possible. The money I raise for Cincinnati Children's Hospital will allow them to support more patients by providing financial aid, continuing their groundbreaking research into cancer and many childhood illnesses, and provide the best pediatric care possible!

What is Cincinnati children's Hospital?

• Cincinnati Children's Hospital is a top 3 national honor roll pediatric hospital that served 1.2 MM patients last year

• Cincinnati Children's Hospital is Southwest Ohio's only level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center

• The pediatric residency training program at Cincinnati Children's is among the largest in the country, training approximately 200 graduate physicians each year.

• Home to a large neonatology department that oversees newborn nurseries at local hospitals and the medical center's own 59-bed Level IV Newborn Intensive Care Unit.
