Extra Life 2017

Hey there!

Welcome to Cascadian Gamers' fundraising page! Our team is on a mission to help sick and injured kids in our local community and we need your help. Each of us has chosen our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital in the Pacific Northwest that treats thousands of children each year, regardless of their illness, injury or even their family's ability to pay. These kids are facing scary stuff like cancer, cystic fibrosis, and injuries they may get from just being a kid.

To help raise funds and awareness for these sick and injured kids, we're participating in this huge worldwide movement called Extra Life. Gamers of all kinds pledge to play everything from video games to board games and tabletop RPG's for 24 hours! It's our sincere hope that you'll find it in your heart to support our efforts with a monthly pledge or one-time gift that will go directly to the hospital each of us has chosen to support.

We'll be playing games, streaming, and raffling off all sorts of prizes from lanyards to videogames and much, much more, including an Xbox One X, and some priceless items during the Extra Life event from noon on November 4th to noon on November 5th, 2017!

THE CASCADIAN GAMERS SUPER MEGA RAFFLE(TM)

For every donation through anyone on the Cascadian Gamers team, you'll get raffle tickets entered into our drawings. Those tickets remain until they're drawn, so you have tons of chances to win! As the date gets closer, we'll announce prizes, links to our streams, and so on! You can follow us on Twitter at @CascadianGamers for all the latest information! We'll be updating this post with information about the SuperMegaRaffle(tm) as we get closer to the event!

We have TWO raffle tiers this year! $10 and $50 tickets! The $10 prize pool is packed with hundreds of items, such as games, a SNES Classic Edition, collectibles, Funko Pops, and much, much more! The $50 prize pool has some AMAZING prizes, such as game-worn hockey sweaters, autographed items from some of your favorite soccer players, and some surprise one-of-a-kind items to be announced as we get closer to the day of the event!

When you donate, please use the encouraging message field to tell us how you'd like to break up your tickets! (You can make the message private, if you prefer.) If you don't let us know how you'd like to break up your tickets, we're going to make them all $10 tickets!

Additionally, if you're a supporter or fan of the Sounders, Timbers, or Whitecaps, please let us know! (We can't award some of these prizes to opposing fans. Sorry!) Also, if you don't want to be considered for soccer-related prizes, let us know. If you don't want any raffle tickets, you can also let us know that, too! Your donation is super-appreciated!!

NOTE: You can only win ONE prize from the $50 pool and FIVE prizes from the $10 pool. Once your limit has been hit, your remaining tickets are withdrawn from the digital bucket! However, if you decline a prize, it goes back into the pool, and your tickets remain. Once you decline a prize, it's declined...you can't get it back. So PLEASE consider carefully!

You can find a list of all the prizes in each pool at http://raffle.cascadiangamers.org!!

Your donation is tax-deductible and will make miracles happen for families who desparately need them. To make a safe and easy online donation to a member of our team, click on the "Roster" tab and then on a participant's name.

We need your help to reach our goal For The Kids. Thank you so much for supporting our team's efforts!
