About Me

Hi there! My name is Garrett or Wantey, and I’m excited to be celebrating my fifth year participating in Extra Life to raise funds for Boston Children’s Hospital through the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

As a firefighter lieutenant, paramedic, and father of three incredible boys, giving back is at the core of who I am. Whether I’m serving my community or supporting kids and families through gaming, I’m always driven to make a difference.

Through my platform, Wantey’s World, I’ve had the privilege of turning my passions—gaming, streaming, hunting, fishing, and even paranormal investigations—into a way to support those who need it most. Boston Children’s Hospital holds a special place in my heart because of the life-changing care they provide to children and their families.

Over the past five years, I’ve witnessed the incredible impact we can make together. With your support, we’ve funded lifesaving treatments, groundbreaking research, and compassionate care for children. Let’s continue to play for a purpose and make this year the most impactful one yet!
