I'm raising funds for Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, where my daughter Olivia was treated after being born prematurely at 24 weeks. While she didn't survive, Olivia received world-class care, and my family and I are forever grateful for the time we had with her.
To honor her memory, Bert Fanslow, Alan Spadoni and I have been participating in Extra Life, a 24-hour gaming marathon, every year since 2014. To date, we've raised nearly $19,000 for Lurie, thanks to the generosity of people like you.
I know times are tough, but I'd greatly appreciate your contribution to our cause, no matter how big. Even spreading the word about our mission is a great help.
And if you'd like to help raise money for Lurie or your own local children's hospital while playing video games for 24 hours, I'd love to have you join Team Olivia. Just visit our team page and click on the green "Join Our Team" button.
This November 14th, starting at 8am Central Time, I'll be kicking off my gaming marathon. You can watch me live on Twitch to see what I'm up to and offer words of encouragement.
Thanks so much for your support over the years. It really means a lot to me.
