Extra Life 2019

I've pledged to play games and raise funds for kids at my local children's hospital.

Here's how it works

  • Extra Life is a gaming and DIY fundraising platform supporting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

  • I'm joining thousands of gamers, dedicating a day to play games and raise funds from friends like you.

  • 100% of the donations go to my local children's hospital.

Your donation is tax-deductible and will make miracles happen for families who desperately need them. Simply click the "Donate" button at the top of this page to help.

Here's what I'm playing this year

I grew up on Square (now SquareEnix's) games: Final Fantasy (6, 7, and Tactics are my favorites), Secret of Mana, and Chrono Trigger.  So I'm going to be revisiting those this year - for the most part.  These are classic Japanese Console RPGs.

Friday, November 1 2:00p-10:00p Mountain Daylight Time: Secret of Mana

Saturday, November 2 9:00a-5p Mountain Daylight Time: Chrono Trigger

Sunday, November 3 1:00p-9:00p Mountain Standard Time: World of Final Fantasy

Now that last one is all new to me, and I'm looking forward to it.

The teaser

If I meet by goal by the end of streaming on November 3, I will continue to stream either Secret of Mana or Chrono Trigger until it is complete.

If you all help me double my goal by December 1, I'll stream Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger until completion.

In the unlikely event I raise $1000 by the end of the year, I'll also stream World of Final Fantasy until I'm done.
