I'm on a mission to save kids and I need your help. The Connecticut Children's Medical Center treats thousands of children each year, regardless of their family's ability to pay. These kids are facing scary stuff like cancer, cystic fibrosis, and injuries from accidents to name just a few.
On November 2, 2019, I'll be participating in this huge worldwide celebration of the social impact of gamers by playing video games of all kinds for 25 hours straight. From the Atari 2600 to the Xbox One, many systems will be actively participating. It's my sincere hope that you'll find it in your heart to support my efforts with a monthly pledge or one-time gift that will go directly to my hospital.
WHY I'M PLAYING
I'm so grateful that my daughter had a healthy childhood. Some kids aren’t as fortunate and are dealt a cruel hand. I also have a soft-spot for sick kids. The Connecticut Children's Medical Center does fantastic work on a daily basis helping these little angels
One specific is example is sweet Kendall. As you can see, she has wonderful taste in college basketball teams & an adorable smile.
She was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer in March. She began treatment at CCMC shortly after her diagnosis and here she is 6 months later after completing her final day of chemotherapy:
CCMC gives kids like Kendall a chance to grow up and live happy, healthy lives. (And hopefully witness another UConn championship!) Please consider helping me raise money for this wonderful organization.
I'm trying something new this year & will be giving away some items to donors who want to participate. For every $5 donated, you'll receive an entry to win some cool stuff.
If you’d like to be included in the giveaway, please let me know which one you'd like to be included in! **I will not include you by default **
