Extra Life 2018

This weekend, I'll be playing games for 24 hours to raise funds for Lurie Children's Hospital!

Here's how it works

  • Extra Life is a 24-hour fundraising and gaming marathon to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

  • On Game Day (Nov. 3rd), I will join the thousands of gamers and dedicate an entire day to play games and get donations from friends like YOU! I will be at Underground Retrocade in West Dundee, IL, from open (11:00am) to close (1:00am) and gaming for 13 hours. (I know: business hours are actually 14 total, but I need an hour for various bio breaks!)

  • Tonight after work and Sunday, I'll do the remaining 11 hours at home.

  • I will be streaming as much of my gaming as possible on

  • 100% of the donations go to my local hospital. I chose Lurie Children's Hospital partly because a friend of mine, a fellow retro gamer, had both of his kids treated at Lurie. TOGETHER we will make a difference for sick kids!

Your donation is tax-deductible and will make miracles happen for families who desperately need them. You can click the "Donate" button at the top of this page to make a safe and easy online donation.
