Calling Oklahoma tabletop gamers! Join us for our fifth annual Extra Life fundraising event. For 24 hours we play board games, card games, war games and RPGs (with food, raffles and tournaments in the mix) to raise money for Oklahoma kids in need.
2018's event is in the works, stay tuned for date and more information!
Over the past four years, we've raised $8,371 for the Oklahoma Children's Hospital Foundation. This year, we hope to raise $5,000 more to help them advance pediatric research and education programs to improve the health of Oklahoma children. All funds donated to Children's Hospital Foundation stay in Oklahoma so that families don’t have to leave the state to receive specialized care. They serve children in all 77 counties and no child is ever turned away, regardless of ability to pay. Your donation is tax-deductible and ALL PROCEEDS go to help kids.
With the generous support of our host Game HQ as well our sponsors and volunteers, this is the annual event people talk about all year long. Don't miss it!
WHERE: Game HQ 9118 S Western Ave, Suite B, Oklahoma City, OK 73139
HOW TO DONATE: Leading up to and during the event, we'll be taking donations through this webpage.
The event is free to attend and play board games from Game HQ's library. Please bring cash for tournament entry, raffle tickets, food and more. Or you can apply money donated on this site toward event perks. 100% of proceeds go to the charity.
We couldn't raise the money we do without the generous help of our sponsors who donate raffle and tournament prizes and food, which we use to raise all our funds!
Even if you can't make it to this year's event, we have the amazing talent of Twitch Streamer Ohkay who will be streaming games and collecting donations. Check out their channel at https://www.twitch.tv/ohkay.
