The 24 Hour Make-A-Thon will take place Saturday, November 4th from 12pm - 12am and Sunday, November 5th from 12pm - 12am(UTC)
What is the 24 Hour Make-A-Thon Since 2014, the 24 Hour Make-A-Thon has been an annual event in support of Extra Life. Over two 12-hour sessions, I'll be making a small game from start to finish live on camera. Join the chat, ask questions, participate, tell me how bad my code is! All while supporting a local hospital foundation. In the past, the S&S community has crushed donation goals and I expect this year to be no different! This year I've set the donation goal to $500.
Who is Syaxamaphone? I make video games for fun! My most recent project, Khimera: Destroy all Monster Girls is available on steam! I'm doing this to support the Children's Miracle Network.
The Game: The game I will be making this year is Super Cakeboy, the follow-up to the game-within-a-game from Khimera. Regardless of event progress or money raised, the full game will be available to play as part of War Girl, my next big upcoming project (So I guess technically I'm just working on War Girl but on camera).
Donation Incentives: $250 - First Level Release $500 - First World Release $600 - Full Game Release (no waiting until War Girl is out!)
About Extra Life Since 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $22 million to help children's hospitals provide critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment, research and charitable care. It's my sincere hope that you'll find it in your heart to support my efforts with a monthly pledge or one-time gift that will go directly to my hospital.
Your donation is tax-deductible and ALL PROCEEDS go to help kids.
