Extra Life 2022

Soutenez-moi !

I've pledged to raise funds for sick kids at my Children's Miracle Network Hospital to give them hope and healing, and with your help, you can make all the difference in their lives.

Greetings everyone!

It's that time of year again when I, and thousands of others around the nation, take part in Extra Life, the 24-hour game-a-thon that raises donations for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Specifically in my case, I'm raising donations for The University of Vermont Children’s Hospital and my 24 hour "run" will be held on the weekend of November 4th & 5th EST.

Personally, both of my sons had unexpected surgical and otherwise needs the first few years of their lives, and this is my way of giving back to these kids through this great cause.  This will be me and my team's tenth year rallying for the incredible kids of UVCH of all ages, and together with the support from kind and generous people such as yourself, we've raised over $23,000 total for them!!

I hope that you and your family are happy and healthy, but there are many kids out there who are not and whose parents or guardians struggle to pay for their healthcare.  That's where Children's Miracle Network Hospitals step in; in situations like this they are there to help alleviate those families’ financial and mental burdens.  Especially this year as we are in the midst of a global pandemic, your support has never made a bigger impact.

The coronavirus almost made me decide against holding the event this year as so many folks have been impacted by it either medically, emotionally, and/or financially.  I realized though that would be a disservice to these kids who need all the help they can get, no matter how many donations I am able to raise.  In addition to COVID-19, CMNH takes care of kids and families that are struggling with everything from cystic fibrosis to leukemia, and anything we can do to help them can make a difference in their lives.

  • You can learn how local children's hospitals are being impacted by COVID-19 at

how it works

Due to several reason, the two biggest ones being the global COVID-19 pandemic and the other being a terrible DDoS attack CMNH suffered in 2019, I'll be slightly spacing out my game day into two game days like I did last year.  Day One will be on Friday, November 4th from around 5/6pm EST - 12/1am EST (or whenever we stop), followed by the big Game Day on Day Two, Saturday, November 5th at around 10am EDT - 2am EST. Donations may be placed at any time though, including right now!!  :D

Since 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $80 million to help children's hospitals provide critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment, research and charitable care. It's my sincere hope that you'll find it in your heart to take a moment today to sponsor me in this endeavor and support the kids of UVCH with a charitable, tax-deductible monthly or one-time gift donation to help make an impact on my fundraising success for them.

Your donation is 100% tax-deductible and ALL PROCEEDS go to help the kids.

So please click the "Donate" button on this page to get started in making a safe, secure, and easy donation online today, all in less than 3 minutes.

  • Now, more than ever, local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals need our help to offer hope to vulnerable kids.

When the Extra Life event begins on the days and time stated above, if you feel so inclined, you can "tune in" and watch as I game my way through the days to earn your generous donations for University of Vermont Children's Hospital via the link below, (works best in the Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) to take a peek in on that action!

I really appreciate your time and consideration, and on behalf of all of the boys and girls at University of Vermont Children's Hospital, thank you all so much for your generous support, we couldn't make this difference without you!!

All the best,
